Project: I evaluated the current hiring process for adjunct faculty.
Findings: The findings showed there were a number of bottlenecks that included inconsistent communication between stakeholders, transparency in the process, and role expectations.
Outcomes: This project will create more transparency and serve as a hiring practice model for other employee groups.

Project: Regular & Substantive Instruction course creation and acknowledgment for all faculty who teach online to meet accreditation requirements.

Compliance course including a quiz with 80% pass rate and acknowledgement that meet the accreditation agency's requirements for faculty to be certified to teach online within the institution.

Focus: ALT100 was co-developed between myself (reading faculty) and writing faculty to provide additional support for incoming students that scored below ENG101 course placement.
